Project Grow is an innovative service to analyse and improve your own competences. The service is designed to help people find their strengths and offer them the opportunity for self-realisation
The Idea and the Problem
The idea for Grow came from the realisation that many people do not recognise their strengths and do not know what skills and competencies they have. This makes self-realisation and career development difficult. With a rapidly changing labour market and the constant emergence of new professions, it is important to have tools to help each of us better understand our capabilities and areas for development.
Research
Prior to development, we analysed extensive research to confirm the problem:
Study 1: Analysing data from 890 respondents showed that most people tend to underestimate their skills and competencies.
Study 2: Over 4,000 respondents confirmed that assessing one's abilities is often inaccurate and requires third-party validation.

These studies confirmed the need for a tool to help people objectively assess their skills and receive guidance on how to improve them.
Solution Development
The Grow development process involved several key steps:
Problem formulation: We clearly identified that the main problem was a lack of awareness of people's own competences.
Concept Creation: Developing the concept of a service that would include personalised assessment of skills and competencies using artificial intelligence, as well as building an individual career path.
Competitive Analysis: Extensive competitor research to identify industry best practices and trends
Layout development: Creation of the first versions of the interface and functionality

Extensive competitive analysis of more than 25 points was conducted during the research, which revealed the shortcomings and strengths of existing solutions on the market.
